Angela is one of our senior audit managers. She is a Chartered Accountant, with a Diploma in Charity Accounting awarded by the ICAEW and Cass Business School. She has been with Sayer Vincent since 2000 and manages a portfolio of charity and not for profit clients which include health and social care, membership, grant making and education and training organisations. Angela also leads consultancy assignments which have included a number of due diligence reports for mergers, helping clients with the recruitment of finance staff and advising on operational structures and subsidiaries and governance reviews.

Angela’s clients include Addaction , Affinity Trust, Aquarius, Down’s Syndrome Association, Earl Mountbatten Hospice, Fremantle Trust, Social Action for Health, Vista and Vitalise (residential services), British Institute of Innkeeping, British Institute of Radiology, Barrow Cadbury Trust, John Ellerman Foundation and Ambitious about Autism (National charity for children and young people with autism including the TreeHouse School).

Angela has extensive experience in auditing not for profit organisations and deep understanding of the ways in which they operate, having specialised in the sector since 1994. This means that she can share the most appropriate best practices and approaches with organisations. Angela is also a member of our Health & Social Care Sector Group which shares specialist sector information within the firm and with clients. She is a member of the ICAEW Audit and Assurance Faculty and Charity and Voluntary Special Interest Group.
