The Trustee Forum aims to support good governance of charities by focusing on key areas such as HR, finance, IT and funding. It is a platform for sharing learning, the exchange of ideas, past successes and implementation experiences.
The Forum will work to promote best practice through structured discussions on issues such as:
The Forum is open to trustees and senior managers from all charities. You may find it particularly beneficial if trustees and managers attend sessions so that you can take the learning back into your own charity.
