Trustee forum

What is the Trustee Forum?

The Trustee Forum is a supported network of organisations with a common interest in improving the effectiveness of charities. The forum aims to support good governance of charities by focusing on key areas relevant to both trustees and senior management. It is also a platform for sharing learning,  the exchange of ideas, past successes and implementation experiences.

The Forum will work to promote best practice through structured discussions on issues such as:

  • implementing the organisation's strategy and monitoring strategic performance
  • getting better decisions
  • succession planning
  • leading change
  • collaborative working
  • new ways of funding your work

Who should attend?

The Forum is open to trustees and senior managers from all charitiesn sessions. We encourage the participation of a trustee and a senior manager from the same organisation.
