Facilitation
Our facilitators can help you with away days and workshops. We can facilitate workshops as part of a larger assignment or we can work with you on a one-off exercise. The areas we cover in workshops include:

Training
Sayer Vincent has extensive experience of developing and delivering training courses and we are well-known for making finance and IT subjects accessible. We run tailored in-house courses for clients as well as our own annual programme of seminars and events. Our focus is on interactive workshops which cover technical areas - not technical lectures.

Our approach to training starts with discussing what it is you want to achieve - what are the objectives of the session? Who is it for? We regularly use pre-workshop needs assessments to help scope the session and help to gauge the impact of the workshop after the event.
We are flexible and run sessions which fit in with your timescales, from a full or half day workshop to a briefing session within a trustee or staff meeting. All our sessions include practical case studies and plenty of time for discussion and questions. Our resource packs are useful reference tools and consist of much more than overhead slides! The packs can include a glossary of terms, articles, checklists, reading and reference lists for further learning.
