In our 30th year, Sayer Vincent has launched a new annual awards programme to encourage finance professionals to develop their leadership potential and contribution to the achievement of their organisation’s objectives.
When Sayer Vincent started in 1983, we found a huge demand for training and development. We continue to run training courses, seminars, shared learning forums and publish guides and books. Now we want to add a further dimension to support financial professionals in their development.
The awards all recognise extra effort, where an individual or a team has ‘gone the extra mile’. For the winner in each category, there will be a prize of £1,000 to spend on training and development of the winner’s choice. We will be giving smaller packages of training and publications to entries that are highly commended by the judges.
