These terms apply unless we specifically agree different terms for a particular seminar or event. Different terms and conditions may apply if a booking is made through a partner organisation website, please check at the time of booking.
Our training seminars are specifically tailored to support the development of people working with charities and other social purpose organisations. We therefore reserve the right to refuse attendance to individuals who may not fit this category.
We use Eventbrite to manage our event bookings. All bookings must be made through Eventbrite, which can be accessed via our website.
Once you have submitted your registration information you should receive an automated email from Eventbrite. This is confirmation that Sayer Vincent have received your booking. There is then nothing further for you to do or receive at this point. Sayer Vincent (firstname.lastname@example.org) will be in touch with you directly by email with instructions on how to access and join the webinar. This will be in the week leading up to the event – so please do not be concerned if you do not hear from us before this time.
If you have any queries or problems with your booking, please contact us using the details at the bottom of these terms and conditions.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the content, timings, speakers or date of the event at any time prior to the event itself. If we have to cancel an event, we will always strive to provide delegates with as much notice as possible.
Any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, in the process of booking or attending an event will be treated in accordance with the current data protection legislation. We use your personal data to deliver event services, administration and communications relating to the event where applicable. We may also share some relevant personal data with speakers and venues if required to meet our event obligations to you. Please read our privacy notice for full information on how we use personal data.
If at any time you would like to discuss with us how our events could be improved or if you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, please contact us using the details below. We undertake to look into any complaint carefully and promptly. If we have given you a less than satisfactory service we undertake to do everything reasonable to put it right.
