What has been your career path so far?

I started out working in education (including working for an exam board and a school leader support service). I then went for a complete career change in moving to accountancy, started with SV in 2019 and now am an Assistant Audit Manager having qualified in 2021. 

What do you enjoy about the charity sector?

Working with likeminded people who care about making a positive contribution and helping others.

Best part of the job?

Meeting lots of great people from a variety of backgrounds and who work for a range of different charities.

What is something people may not know?

I studied Old and Middle English at university and can still remember the odd phrase in Old English!

What do you get up to outside of work?

Days out with my family, reading and running when I can!
